Karen Feeley is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in workplace learning and development. She is a published author, trainer, instructional designer, editor, and project manager with a proven track record of success in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Founder and Visionary Leader:
In 2009, Karen founded Comprehensive Learning Solutions, a woman-owned business dedicated to providing top-tier training solutions to organizations of all sizes. This company reflects her commitment to comprehensive learning strategies and supporting clients throughout the entire learning process.
Extensive Expertise:
Karen’s expertise spans a wide range of areas, including:

She has developed and delivered training programs on diverse topics such as performance management, communication skills, and financial literacy.
Academic Background:
Karen holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and Training and Development from George Washington University, and a BA in Chinese Area Studies from American University. Her dedication to continuous learning is further demonstrated by her Project Management Professional (PMP) and Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation certifications. She also maintains an active Top Secret security clearance.
