LEADERSHIP

Karen Feeley, Founder and President of Comprehensive Learning Solutions, is an instructional designer, trainer, project manager, editor, and published author who has provided workplace learning consulting services to Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, and non-profits since 1996. In 2009, she founded Comprehensive Learning Solutions to provide a full suite of top-quality training-related services to private and public sector organizations, non-profits, and international non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Karen obtained an MBA in Human Resource Management and Training and Development from George Washington University, and a BA in Chinese Area Studies from American University. She also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation bronze certifications, as well as an active Top Secret security clearance.

Some of the consulting areas in which Karen specializes include training design, delivery, and evaluation; workforce analysis; business process reengineering; project management; goal-setting; and on-site technical support. Training programs that she has developed and presented range from Performance Management and Communication Skills to Financial Literacy.

Whenever I have another curriculum design project to produce, Karen will be first on my list to contact. She is the consummate professional who will create a first-rate product.
