According to Nicholas Bloom, in his report from the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR), an astounding 42% of the US labor Force is now working from home.  Working from home does not seem to be going away anytime soon.  Even before the Coronavirus so rapidly shifted the way the world works, a significant workforce change was already underway, both in the US and in emerging markets:  the switch to the gig economy.
